I have just opened the screen for the umpteenth time today.....and I am supposed to be working you know. And....my name keeps appearing as the latest contributor, blushlooks like I have either got too much time on my hands (not) or got an opinion on everything (most likely). My excuse is that I work mainly on my own, and Gransnet along with Radio 4 is the equivalent of my work buddies.

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 13:37:28

I'm not. Just don't find a picture of a bird in a huse. (I could hardly type that!)

jingl if you ever admit to being scared of spiders I'll put up a picture of a big fat hairy tarantula and say he's really nice! grin

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 13:06:51

It's really nice! grin

Riverwalk Thu 06-Mar-14 13:05:10

I'm getting the collywobbles just thinking about it Phoenix !

The other tune that gives me grief is Sailing by which is on just before 01.00 - but that could just be that I'm reminded that am still awake at that unearthly hour!

If I click on a blank bit of page a small pop up appears which says stuff like....
back
reload
save
view page info
save in favourites
etc
Then you can move on from there to find the info you need

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 13:01:41

Well, I'm sorry Phoenix. I can do no more. hmm

wink

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 13:00:19

I like a bit of brass

Programme not too jolly though.

Anne58 Thu 06-Mar-14 12:56:13

jingl I am on a desk top!

newist Thu 06-Mar-14 12:55:09

You have to find "view page info" the cookies count every thing you do

Anne58 Thu 06-Mar-14 12:55:03

River that's such a coincidence, but rather comforting! You do mean the sort of brass section music, don't you?

Riverwalk Thu 06-Mar-14 12:47:53

It has a sort of 'Ski Sunday' nostalgic 70s feel ....... that somehow makes me sad!

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 12:44:44

Gotta pop off to iPlayer to listen to that tune....

jinglbellsfrocks Thu 06-Mar-14 12:43:14

Perhaps you need to be on a desktop 'puter. That's how I did it yesterday evening. Can't do it on Fire.

Riverwalk Thu 06-Mar-14 12:42:34

I have a real problem with File on 4, Sunday afternoons. The theme music makes me feel depressed. Mr P manages to turn it off just in time, which isn't easy because they play it a little way into the programme, not right at the beginning. I struggle with Sundays anyway.

How extraordinary phoenix I too have a real problem with that theme tune ..... I feel panicky and a sense of doom and gloom. confused

Greenfinch Thu 06-Mar-14 12:35:37

Neither can I.sad

Charleygirl Thu 06-Mar-14 12:22:10

shysal Thu 06-Mar-14 12:16:59

I can't get the info either, is it because I am still using Windows Vista?

soop Thu 06-Mar-14 12:06:28
