I have just opened the screen for the umpteenth time today.....and I am supposed to be working you know. And....my name keeps appearing as the latest contributor, 
looks like I have either got too much time on my hands (not) or got an opinion on everything (most likely). My excuse is that I work mainly on my own, and Gransnet along with Radio 4 is the equivalent of my work buddies.
jingl if you ever admit to being scared of spiders I'll put up a picture of a big fat hairy tarantula and say he's really nice!

Well, I'm sorry Phoenix. I can do no more. 
I have a real problem with File on 4, Sunday afternoons. The theme music makes me feel depressed. Mr P manages to turn it off just in time, which isn't easy because they play it a little way into the programme, not right at the beginning. I struggle with Sundays anyway.
How extraordinary phoenix I too have a real problem with that theme tune ..... I feel panicky and a sense of doom and gloom. 
Neither can I.
