Anybody else having problems

First of all it froze on me and after I had managed to close it, I couldn't re-open it. So I had a nice snooze and here I am again!

Apologies - it has happened a few times now, but our tech team have been on the case and from tomorrow it shouldn't happen again.

Yes, I think GN was off for a bit and we're now stuck with the SAME PROBLEM of very few Active threads. It seems to be happening every week now...hmm
