I've sent three since then! Definitely blocked. And no notification.

So, after a lot of messing about, the experiment worked and we now know the answer to the OP. No problem!

Now I know that if I send someone a pm and they've blocked me, I won't know they haven't got it, they won't know I sent it, and I know they don't know that I don't know they've blocked me..........(just going for a lie down!)
