Thanks, Julie. It has worked now, plus it seems I had already submitted my entry blush, but I don't think that was why I couldn't see the form as I just tried again and the form showed. An odd blip.

Are you still having problems with this? It would help if we knew which browser (like Safari or Firefox) you're using and which version (has it been updated recently?)

Well, it works to the page but if you scroll down to the bottom to fill in the form you get a very jolly orange 404
