Yes - May 11th was the date planned, which was why I posted. I will be interested as to how they respond, and very few of the posts were actual questions; most were expressions of concern for how the system works (or not).

Hello all - so sorry for the delay! Because of a technicality, they're not able to let us publish the answers yet. We will be posting them on the 18th though, so please watch this space...or rather, the CQC thread smile
