Post count on threads

AshTree I didn't see that NannyGoat12345 was being awkward with her remark. I thought she was just making a slightly amused observation. How things can get out of hand.

Yes, got it now! Odd, but I can't really get worked up about it...

Right now that thread says 808 on the active page and page 1, but 809 on every other page!

I'm on my iMac - haven't checked my iPad and my laptop has died . Might have a look on my iPhone...

Ana the Change a Letter thread was saying 800 on the active page and 800 in brackets on page 1, but 801 in brackets on every other page (before Joy submitted)

Not on my PC. They all tally.

It seems to affect those threads that have more than 100 posts.

I don't understand what you mean either, Ash Tree.

Whenever a thread I'm looking at has say, 101 posts on the Active page, there will be just one post on the 'last page' which is where I usually go to. (My posts are set for 100 per page).

Oh wait! I see now. I went to the change a letter thread. On the Active page it's shown as having 801 posts but when you go to the thread and pull up all posts it's 800.

Oh well, somebody's programing is faulty somewhere.

Not saying you're wrong. I just don't understand what you've said.

You can now have 500 or 1000 on one page. That's new and would presumably solve the problem (which, btw, I don't understand).
