Not sure of procedure

I have a pm from a Derek, together with his email address.

I have no idea who Derek is or what I am supposed to have replied to [and I dont wish to open the pm to find out].

I am reporting it here as there doesnt seem to be a report button on pms even if I opened it.[there might be, but I cant find one on other pms].
