Anyone else getting, "You're not watching any threads at the moment" when you click on Last Hour? I'm using my iphone at the moment.

Working normally but only 4 threads- probably nothing in there when you went on.

You may be right, but would it come up with "You're not watching ....."?

It did this previouly during the day, as well!

Seems to be all right now anyway, so probably just me smile

I can't even see the 'last hour' option on my iPhone confused

I have active, watching, add post, I'm on, and search at the bottom.

I'm using the Desktop site on my phone, so perhaps it shows different options?

I have had that on the iPad but as it was the middle of the night just assumed that nobody had posted in the last hour confused

Hmmm it's fine on my phone and on my desktop. Can you let me know if it's still happening and I will alert tech

May I with all due humility, on blended knees (ouch) beseech you to kick tech in the perineal region to get profiles working again?

Now , will someone please help me up?

MiniMouse Sat 03-Oct-15 13:19:50

Hello Cari, It seems to be OK now. It was the fact that it said, "you're not watching any threads" that puzzled me, because a) I hadn't gone into the "threads I'm watching" bit and b) I am watching some threads!!

Confused and heading for a lie down - after brew and cupcake

I am thinking that profile pages have been done away with.
They are not coming back if you ask me.

Either that, or tech has such a long list of jobs.

Galen here's a hand to pull you up from that suppliant posture

I get "You are not watching any threads at the moment" when I click several of the boxes, and I have done for a while.

While GN kick tech in the perineal region could you also get him/her to overhaul the search box(es) on the right so that it does actually search for the word or phrase that is entered?

Grown-up search-boxes also notice whether you have used parentheses so you can search for either the whole phrase or the combination of several words that are not in a phrase.

I am told too by DS that there should be a daily scan of the site/forum so that everything is there in the database to be searched for. Whenever I search, there seems to be a whole lot from 2013 and hardly anything from a few weeks ago, which is usually when the thing I remember was posted.

The results should appear in some kind of logical order, not randomly. Chronologically would be useful, then you could scan down until you reached the approximate date you think it was posted.

Not that I am demanding miracles or anything.

If you use the search box at the top of the page rather than the search forums one it's a bit more reliable. Usually!

Anyway glad last hour now behaving. Tech as got a very long list of jobs but profiles is on there

I have never found that one all that good either.
