Thanks, done it now by requesting a reset link, rather than trying to do it on the My Gransnet page.

Sorry for the late reply - this one must have slipped through the net. Are you still having problems resetting your password? Did you receive the reset email?

I haven't tried to change mine, have enough problems remembering all the different ones for different things! (Have resorted to an index book to try to keep track of them all), but hopefully someone might be able to help.

Have you tried contacting GNHQ?

I've tried to change my password twice, on different days and different computers, but am told it can't be done. confused

Anyone else had the same problem?
