Help with local

I'm trying to add events to my local site and am finding it really hard to work out the process. I realise I'm stupid but someone please give me REALLY simple instructions please. Thank you

Click the blue ADD A LISTING button. Choose the best category and fill in the boxes.
If you have a specific problem just ask.

Hi, me again! Should I get taken to my local site automatically when I press the Local button, because I'm not! Help again please! Thank you.

Hallo - no go to the Local Site button at the top, click then and put in your postcode it should then lead you to the Leicestershire site. Down the left hand side are all the subject headings. If you put something on I can always 'tidy it up for you if you tick the box at the bottom which says you want the local editor to pick it up.

Juts checked the sequence is Local then Your Local site then postcode.
