Hi

I presume you have seen the thread started by Teetime re M & S having gone off - would like they to come on for a chat? We would make a flipping good focus group!

Have they ever been invited?

Yes indeed - we have asked them and we will definitely ask again. And yes, we've seen the excellent suggestions and will try to pass them on.
