Missed Facebook message from GNHQ

I don't enter the competitions, as I forget to look but I had no idea about secret FB messages

Hi grannyactivist, sorry to hear you didn't get the message - as a standard we don't Facebook message users about their win, so I'm not sure what happened there. We usually tend to check users are registered and drop them an email, and also announce it on the 'Won Anything?' thread.

Can I check what prize it was? 'fraid we reselect winners if we don't hear back from them within two weeks.

jingl if you type 'secret Facebook messages' into Google you'll see that it's news at the moment.
Although of course if you don't have Facebook it's not likely to affect you anyway. wink

Wonder why you didn't get standard email to notify you as we always do when winning a prize or to claim ? not everyone is aware we even have a secret message box.

Erm - you know there's all the hoo ha there is at the moment about how to access your secret Facebook messenger inbox? Well, I just found mine and saw I won something on Gransnet last year, but didn't see the notification until just now - so didn't claim my prize. Boo hoo! It's almost a year ago - I don't suppose my prize is lurking in a Gransnet corner is it GNHQ?
