Thanks to those who've been in touch letting us know you're having trouble receiving the daily newsletters. We've been doing some digging and there are a few email providers who are particularly 'cautious' about regular newsletters so have blocked them.
The main way to prevent this from happening is to add us to your address book. The email address you'll need to add to your address book is '[email protected]' although you might want to add '[email protected]' for our general mails in case you win a competition and we're trying to get in touch.
We've listed a fair few email clients with their FAQ page on how to do this if you're not sure.
The email clients we've been having particular issues with are with these providers:
- Virgin Media/NTLWorld/BlueYonder
- TalkTalk/Tiscali
