Has anyone else got that thing flashing at the top?

I too have had the flashing red envelope which has been really annoying, originally from a Tesco competition form - which obviously wasn't. Click on the cross at the right of it and it gives you options to get rid of it. So far so good.

Oh, I've just tried again tapping on the little cross on my iPhone and this time I have managed to open the Ad Choices menu and tell it to stop showing this ad! Yay!!!

I don't think it is actually Tesco, the "prize" on offer is Tesco vouchers

First it was tescos, then it asked for my mobile number and then in small writing it said £9 charge on mobile. I doubt if I've got that amount on my phone as I very rarely use it. It just seems that you have to watch out all the time or you'll get cheated. Now I'm paranoid as well as neurotic!

I had it this morning and it went away. It's back again. I don't want to enter this competition although £500 shopping voucher would be very nice. They will just bombard you with other competitions afterwards, and it's very unlikely that you would win anything. Also you have to look closely at the small print as there is often a charge for phone calls. I steer clear of them all.

I've even tried starting the bloody "survey" and lying, by clicking on the under sixteen option. I then get a message saying "sorry, you must be over 16 to take part" (or something like that), but still the damn thing comes back!

I'm still getting it on my Hudl, but not on my desktop.

Couldn't do that on my iPhone Lona - I tried tapping the little cross but nothing happened .
It seems to have disappeared now though, thank heavens!

I had it, clicked on the cross on the corner, then clicked on one of the choices to remove it. Haven't got it now.
