We could call it WOT..TERING

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 21:05:02

Oooooooooo. Victorian slums starting on BBC 2! Gotta watch this!

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 20:50:43

Come on, peeps!!! Must be something to Witter on about!

trisher Mon 10-Oct-16 20:31:21

I'm sorry I am going to have to ask for a full enquiry into Wittering. It may take some time.

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 19:41:45

Oh no!!
A. I ran out of battery.
B. I've run out of witters to say!

trisher Mon 10-Oct-16 19:38:06

I'm not sure about this wot has shown a degree of favouritism to West Wittering, The other Witterings are considering withdrawing from Wittering,

Galen Mon 10-Oct-16 19:28:05

wot
You are now appointed
HEAD OF WITTERING

Everybody please bow appropriately!

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 18:50:42

Absolutely!

Jalima Mon 10-Oct-16 18:44:46

Are 'witterings' the utterings of grownup, sensible Gransnetters as opposed to the 'twitterings' aka tweets from celebs on twitter?

Galen Mon 10-Oct-16 17:47:32

grin

trisher Mon 10-Oct-16 17:39:06

All Witterings will be treated with consideration and respect, no matter how mad they are.

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 17:37:05

How about waffling, then?!

DaphneBroon Mon 10-Oct-16 17:34:35

Or indeed that well known classic, Wittering Heights!

DaphneBroon Mon 10-Oct-16 17:33:49

I think we ought to open a thread just for witteringa???
That way people would be forewarned.

Are we discriminating against East, North and South Wittering?
If so, unfair I say.

Ana Mon 10-Oct-16 17:31:17

Wittering Sands has a nice ring to it...

Alima Mon 10-Oct-16 17:30:02

Nah, just sand and a tea room. Lovely beach though.

trisher Mon 10-Oct-16 17:20:22

Is there an Asda there?
We could have a contest West Wittering v East Cheam

Galen Mon 10-Oct-16 17:14:07

Wot
Witterings why?
I went to West Wittering once. Very nice place, but I can't see why a thread about it?

Ana Mon 10-Oct-16 16:25:55

Me too - bought a lovely cardi there last week! Why pay more?

trisher Mon 10-Oct-16 16:24:28

Love Asda for clothes. Go out for bread come back with a coat!

Ana Mon 10-Oct-16 16:14:54

I've got a couple of pairs of Asda thermal leggings (same as long johns) but it does have to be really cold for me to wear them.

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 16:09:33

I've got some super ladies long John's in soft grey 'wool' it tAkes a warm spell for me to give them up for the summer.I used to wear men's o Es but found that demoralizing with the ghastly fly an all!

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 16:07:26

I think we ought to open a thread just for witterings????
That way people would be forewarned.

Ana Mon 10-Oct-16 16:06:15

Won't bother me - I'll just take off me thermal vest! grin

wot Mon 10-Oct-16 16:02:11

Now....expect a heat wave....I've just packed away all my summer clothes!
