A Petition: Please can we have the old site layout back.

Can't help but wonder who these GNHQ techies are. Obviously not whizz kids up to date with the latest in technology - perhaps someone's dad helping out in his spare time?

Looks as if we're stuck with the old-fashioned serif font despite the fact it's overwhelmingly unpopular.

The site revamp, ignoring wishes of posters, the clear loss of confidence expressed by so many who are reluctant to post because they fear their comments will be 'sold on', the withdrawal of many good regular posters - all of this indicates that GNHQ have scored lots of own goals!

Very few interesting or stimulating threads but an increase in the dull, grumbling and lacklustre !

Can this be remedied?

Well 'I m on' and 'watched' haven't changed for me they are still all seeming out of sync not neat like it used to be

Things have improved here. I can use I'm on and Watching again so not so upset now!

I use the mobile site all the time. I like the new layout. I use either my hudl or kindle for all my internet dalliances and have no problem at all.

Please can we have the old site back.

LaraGransnet I would say about 95% probably more are anti this new site layout so we can't all ve wrong it's no good saying 'on some things we are divided' we are more or less unanimously asking for the OLD format back
There are not any changes that we want except a few you aren't prepared to consider
So just stop messing it around and forgot these changers please

Gransnet has changed too much and not for the better.
There's so much I don't like especially the 'last hour' layout.
It's dreadful. The good news is I get more done in the RW.

I've been out of internet range for a few days. Yes, bring back the old format - or at least a better one than the current so called improved version. It's dreadful.
Also - this Times Roman font is grim. Use a less fussy, more modern font - we may be grannies but this isn't 1958 you know.

On the whole though LaraGransnet the point is, people want small tweaks, not big changes!

I'm no dinosaur but preferred old site too.

I have been completely OK up till now with the new site - have got used to it - but I mainly use the iPad version - however have just clicked onto the 'last hour' button and it is all out of line and because not divided into grey and white band difficult to read - don't like that.

I like the larger print but like others have said, there are many other things which need to be changed.

When looking up last hour or day, there is little space so everything appears crushed together.
