need to access my profile

I need to access my profile to change my email but cant find where to do it ,can any one help

Click on the three little dots in bottom right of your post and you will get a drop down which includes a link to your profile

Look at the bottom of this page "Shortcuts" menu. Then go into "My Gransnet" and take it from there.
