GN threads on Facebook and Twitter and Newspapers

1. GNHQ sorry for my ignorance but even though this is a public forum, can newspapers just copy whole threads and print them in their papers without permission of GN?

2. If you intend to link a thread to FB or Twitter could you not make this thread a different colour so that those who see it would know that their posts, if they chose to make any, would be read by a wider audience?
