" Unathorized access"

Unauthorized access to internal API. Please refer to support.google.com/customsearch/answer/4542055

The above message has been appearing whenever I try to do a search. For example it appeared just now when I searched "Thin air" as I was wanting to show my daughter the competition I had entered. I've been searching more general topics and the same thing has happened. Is this happening to anyone else or just me?

It isn't happening to me moocow. I've been merrily googling recipes and also general other stuff so morning without a problem.
