We do try and feature light-hearted threads where possible, but thanks for the feedback! We'll keep this in mind smile

I think the light hearted threads are featured too.

I rarely start serious threads but, fairly recently, two of my threads were featured on the same day - neither were serious and I felt very pleased with myself!! grin

I have subscribed to get the daily e-mail newsletter, and sometimes it's useful to jump straight to a thread I'm following. But I do find it depressing that all the threads that are highlighted there are on such sad or upsetting subjects. There are so many light-hearted and humorous threads in the forums - why not show the bright side of life too?
