adverts by US website

Hi, one of my ads at the side is from 'liligal.com' whcih is an American website; items are in US sizes/currency, presumably only ship to UK for a small fortune, why is this appearing, or am I missing something?

I get adverts for liligal too. They appear between games when I'm playing Scrabble against the computer. I googled an item for a closer look, then read the reviews. They are awful, shoddy materials, badly sewn, or else they take the money and don't send the garment. I don't know how to stop the adverts though.
