I wouldn't mind the odd newsletter, but daily is too often IMO

Pittcity - yes, all registered Gransnet users received one, regardless of whether or not they are signed up to receive the daily newsletter.

The email received was one telling us about these changes. I presume that everyone got one regardless of preferences.

Hi ffinnochio, you'll be able to change your newsletter preferences by going to your email options in My Gransnet here: www.gransnet.com/member/email-options

Does one tick to unsubscribe? I left the boxes blank but received an unwanted email in my news feed this morning!
Seems cockeyed to me.
Please unsubscribe me from these emails. I didn’t want them before the privacy review, and I don’t want them now.
Thanks.

We're going to a trial a new newsletter at a later stage which will share recommendations (from you, the users) on best products/buys etc. It won't be daily (probably monthly or weekly) so this is just to register your interest for now.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

LaraGransnet (GNHQ) Wed 16-May-18 15:43:01

...on our newsletter. For those who aren't already signed up, we send it out every day highlighting the top threads, new competitions, book club news and latest style, travel or beauty features. If you're unsure you've very welcome to try it for a few weeks with the option to unsubscribe whenever you like. grin
