Yes it does go when you refresh but I just wondered why it was happening and hoping there wasn't a bug anywhere

I had it too, but I think it's because of general slowness of the internet. On other sites it has timed out often.
eg I've just given up on UK Parliament. Probably just as well.

I've had that happen a lot the last few weeks. I just go back a bit later and it's OK.
