"Thank you for your patience" always makes me ask "How do you know I'm patient?" I could be sitting here seething grin

Like "sorry for any inconvenience" Any? It is very inconvenient/I'm not inconvenienced at all..........grin

Not forgetting "your call is important to us..............................."
