PMs going into spam

I have discovered that some PMS are going into my spam box.

I think I remember we were given a new 'contact' to add so that didn't happen. Most PMS are still going into my focused box but not all.

If I haven't replied to a PM from anyone I apologise.blush

I don't think it is anything HQ can fix, I think you have to go into your spam, click on the message and click on 'Not Spam'. It worked for me. If you would like to send me one I will answer it and you can see if it works.

Gn changed something a little while ago and gave us an address to put in our safe list. I didn't.blush
