It used to work on my iPad but since updating it has stopped very annoying. —see not working—

SirChenjin, you have to insert a -, then go back and insert another in front of it, type the word you wish to strikethrough, then a couple of spaces, type -, go back and insert another in front if it. IYSWIM

It is a pain, trying to get to the correct place. pain.
I think this was the fix given by another GN in the earlier thread, and I apologise for not being able to give her the credit.

I tried it earlier on iPad and it didn’t work, perhaps it will on laptop? What’s the work around Blue belle?

Gave up with the iPad. Thought it was just me. ?

I always have to go the roundabout way and even then it doesn’t seem foolproof

Thanks, I am on my IPad, and had to go a roundabout way of doing it, as if I use two hyphens together, they just merge.

Well, on my laptop anyway.

I had a problem too Auntieflo, but I tried it out today and it seems to be working now
