I have made a Xmas pud this afternoon. It is cooking in the slow cooker.

Mine smells lovely too.

I want to make another one now. Got the bit between my teeth.

I’ve just taken my cakes out of the oven I wanted to make smaller cakes so used a 6 and 7 inch round tins instead of the larger square one. It smells lovely I made it last year and everyone loved it.

Similar to my recipe but I use 6 eggs and omit the almonds for the benefit of those with " fillings " in their teeth, just in case.

Wonder if GrandmaNorm is still on GN.

It's in the oven now, and I only put four eggs in. One egg can't make much difference can it?

I seem to have done my usual trick of combining different recipes. Never mind.
