I find that sometimes the “sort by “ option appears and sometimes it doesn’t which is weird and not wonderful.

On the PC version, there is a box where you can choose between sorting by relevance or date.

I can use it phoenix but it gave me a long list starting with really old posts and seemingly in no particular order!

On the desktop site, there is a drop down menu for selecting by date, but not on mobile, as far as I know.
However, it's not very accurate.
