Treat yourself

Exactly the same for me tanith a catered family Christmas with all of us together. Haven't seen my family since 2019.

I'm not ready to spend time in a hotel yet. (We have booked a weeks self catering)
I may buy a newer car

I would book a little break for DH and myself in a cottage. Give my son and DIL and my daughter and SIL money to spend on what they wish.

Book a hotel for all my family so we could for once all be together for Christmas without all the angst of cooking and travelling between houses it would be blissful for me.

A visit to my favourite spa and a stay in our favourite hotel for Mr. B and I.

I would take my sister away for a much needed holiday, possibly to Cornwall or Scotland. She has been my life saver since hubbie passed away. Neither of us would want to go abroad at the moment. What ever was left would be given to a family member to add to their savings for a house deposit.
