I know that threads get deleted for several reasons, but why are they still listed on the front page of Gransnet under Top Topics?

I suspect it's because the top topics are generated by some kind of algorithm that doesn't apply any common sense or intelligent discrimination.

I think you’re right Blinko. Algorithms work on the gigo basis
