Tick the box to the left of message then press the dustbin at the top. That should do it.

Don’t forget to block the sender too. I received one from revchris1 and it’s clearly spam. I don’t know how to alert Gransnet Headquarters about this spam message though. Does anyone else? I have blocked the messager though.

Send them an email at [email protected] Or just report your own post to them and explain why in the textbox.

I sent them a message and they responded saying they have removed all of the PMs he’s sent.

I had an odd PM too but just before I could delete it, I think Admin deleted it on my behalf - thanks GN !

For the future, when you receive spam on GN just choose the option to report and a box comes up to send a message to GNHQ.
That poster has been kicked off the site and all their posts removed. The message you will see in your inbox is that the message has been deleted at the poster's request (or similar). Really it was GNHQ but I don't think they have a message for that.

It wasn’t a post, it was a private message from someone I had never heard of, obviously a scam, and I didn’t know what to do with it. As far as I can see, there is no facility in PM’s to report, unless I’ve missed it, only to block.

I received a PM from this poster - may have a few more 1's on the name - this morning. Unfortunately you have to open the message before you can report it or block the sender. It was obvious it was spam from the preview text shown.

I tried to report it as I received the same. It is still in my PM box how on earth do I delete or report it I’m using mobile site.

I've also had a very unpleasant pm, but it was from an established GN member. It was reported.
