Logged out of site

I couldn’t get into this site for the first time since I joined. Not sure why. It asked for a new login and password to enter. I had no idea what my password was but luckily the iPad ‘remembered’ it. I know I could ask for a new one but I can’t be bothered, too hard. Anyone else had this issue. I’m thinking it is probably our dreadful service provider over here? Costs a bomb and needs one under it !
