Apparently, he is a widowed, retired petrol chemical engineer! A good catch, if you can be bothered!

It reads like a statement from a dating site. Not that I would know!

I receive on average two a week, mainly from Facebook. I seldom use that platform and now don’t get as many.
The last one I replied to I quite explicitly told him/her to go forth and multiply.

The only reason I started the thread is that in the past on GN. the odd poster has naively responded to such PMs. I of course am not that gullible!

Not sure how to block it as don't want to open the message.

Maybe, open it, report it in the box at the bottom and use the dialogue box at the top to block him.
