Lost shortcut buttons

I seem to have lost the shortcuts that usually appear along the bottom of threads.
Is it just me?
The ones that say "active" and "I'm on" etc.

That happened to me once. The last point on the menu behind the little arrow at the top right (mobile site) is "Hide shortcut buttons". So it presumably will now say "Show shortcut buttons" . If you can see that, you must have to click it.
