Is Mumsnet down today (13th May)

Sorry- the error code is 400.

It's not down, but there are massive problems with error 404 and 400 for lots of people including me, hence being here. It's only happening on phones though. If you can log in on a laptop or desktop and go to site stuff there are a few threads about it and you could add something. Mumsnet's line is that if you clear your cache it sorts it out but loads of people are saying that's not working for them, so we need to keep up the pressure on them to try and sort this out.

I must say despite being 71 I'm finding Gransnet a snoozefest compared to Mumsnet!
But hey.
If they don't sort it I'll give it all up and start seriously reading books again, which will be a good thing.

I'm still getting 400 and 404 on my phone and access fine on my laptop. I know one of the threads has got elaborate instructions to deal with it but I can't be arsed at the moment so I'm living with it for now.

I used to love MN back in the day ( probably going back 15 years ) you recognized most user names which was nice ( I think? ) & of course the annual ‘who’s your favorite mumsnetter ’ haha
Some of the posts would have me crying with laughter. It’s a bit too big now, & definitely not as funny.
It’s not funny here either though 😀 but some great people, Very supportive and knowledgeable ( I’m not either of those things btw )

onalongsabbatical No, I didn't resolve it. I always use my phone for Mumsnet and Gransnet, so it's just Gransnet for now. I did send a message to Mumsnet about it but I didn't hear anything back.

Kandinsky it's a bit too old and kind for me here. I much prefer Mumsnet and a bit of - ahem - robust debate. But until I get the 404s sorted it'll have to be Gransnet for a while. Oh well.
