My garden - which was devoid of plants when we moved here five years ago - is on two levels, the upper part, which is lawned, retained by a wall which I have backed with a rockery; the lower part patio and our conservatory. Half the wall has railings and is covered by honeysuckle which we have finally made our minds up to get rid of as it is screening the top half of the garden from the bottom, and the two areas need to be "tied in" somehow. By also demolishing an existing shrubbery we have cleared an area twelve feet by five, which we are now in the process of planting up with shade loving plants. A work in progress...... however, if nothing else, we are determined that this will be the year we get our finger out and buy a barbecue!

I just need to to knock my garden into some sensible position to make it manageble.
I really love my plants. What I really could do with is a willing and reliable garden worker who has some idea what they are doing.
My garden is a bit too big for me now and my joints are not quite up to very much heavy work.

I want a lovely arbour, I am going to add some climbers to my new arch and I want to plant up a new raised bed, £300 from Homebase would be most welcome!

Our garden got very overgrown last year so this year we are bringing it back under control. We've done a lot of quite serious pruning and will keep things within their current bounds this summer. I want to add more colour, and replace some of the very old shrubs which don't look good any more. I also want some new planters, the patio and front path need to be seriously cleaned, and the back fence is now very overdue for replacement. All that should keep us busy this summer!

I don't even know where to start! Due to lots of unlucky events in my life over the last 3 years my garden has been neglected and is in the most dreadful state. I have piles of wood that I need to throw out, I have 2 sheds to get rid of and replace with a nice one, I need to lay a patio out the back and a path down the side, I have to dig all my beds over, plant pots and baskets, then I have to tend to the greenhouse and lay stones and slabs at the front to park the cars. That is just the majorly important things and doesn't include the day to day tending!

My Garden Goals are to grow as much organic fruit and veg as possible, and, where relevant, use only heritage seeds.

I'd like to have some strawberries to pick in my garden.

Don't have a garden as we are in an upstairs flat but we do put out lots of window boxes where we grow veggies and herbs and spices

My aim for this year is to harvest my own strawberries and raspberries. I had raspberries last year but have never grown strawberries before

Earlier this year I visited the Yves St Laurent garden in Marrakech which has inspired me to create a blue corner with this pallet - I'm going to plant it up with yellow flowers.

We need to improve the grass - it's all yellow & mossy after Winter and trampoline sun-deprivation!

Money is tight at the moment so I would love to have some garden furniture and planters made from wooden pallets, so cheap but the finished products look stunning! A little herb garden would be lovely too

Well my ideal summer would include BBQ's and pimms with family and friends but 9 months ago we adopted a border collie named Maggie who's a wonderful girl BUT loves digging and so the garden looks like a bombs gone off, I'll have to try fill in all the holes first?

I am hoping to keep the grass cut and plant some pots and annual bedding plants for a bit of colour.

Firstly, we need to replace the fence and then take stock - some plants are taking over and there's big spaces elsewhere, so I'm looking for inspiration as to what to put there.

I have just ordered some vegetable plants so I need to buy some raised beds and hopefully I will be successful in growing my own this year.

Well I've started! DS has cut back a thing with thorns on that was threatening to take over. Now I need to cut the grass/weeds that constitute the lawn. I would like a bench to stand on the patio but I'm hesitating to buy it because once I have it I will take a book out and watch the weeds grow! I would like some new pots and herbs and some plants to go in the border where the lilies I once planted are taking over. I'm not a gardener so ready made plants would be great, especially easy manageable ones.

Need to buy a self-propelled cordless mower and/or find a reliable gardener.

My garden goals for the summer are to have a decent lawn. So far it has been treated with moss killer and comprehensively scarified and today the resulting bald patches are being seeded. Fingers crossed for a lovely lush lawn come the summer months.

Just keeping it tidy would be great but we do want sone sort of play equipment for my great nephew and nieces. The borders could do with some colour too

Spent 5 hours in the garden today doing basic weeding and tidying and some planting, thinking I may not be able to move tomorrow. I want my garden to be full of flowers this year and I'd love to invest in a rattan sofa and chairs x

I'm moving into a new house soon. The grass is a mess with lots of moss. I'll try treating it, if that doesn't work I might have to re-lay it

Most of my garden has been given over to vegetables for the last few years. My goal this summer is to turn a section of it back into the beautiful space that it used to be, by resowing some lawn and creating some new flower beds. I want to include a place where my young grandchildren can either grow things or simply dig.

I'm planning on extending my pond and wildlife area, adding more raised beds for growing produce, and this year I am determined to grow a melon (if so it will be 3rd year lucky!).
