If I don't take a antihistamine daily my skin itches until I scratch it into welts. Urticaria is miserable

My neck gets very itchy and prickly when I get hot - it's almost impossible to resist scratching and leaves it looking red and irritated. A little embarrassing.

I suffer from allergies which include itchy skin especially in the summer. I use Sudacrem and tubes of E45 Itch Relief Cream. These help ease my itchy dry skin.

I get the odd flare up of dry skin and I usually use E45 which sorts it out.

I had really itchy shins for ages which spread to my calves. I was getting worried as I have varicose veins. I went to GP who said put some E40 cream on when they get dry.... this cleared it up in 3 days - amazing!

My skin is terribly dry and itchy, particularly on change of temperature. I have tried every different type of creams and lotions and must have spent £1000s trying to relieve my symptoms. A cold bath and an antihistamine often helps when all else has failed!

I don't use any particular brands for my dry skin, just whatever is available in my supermarket.

I use aqueous cream for my dry skin. It is particularly dry on my hands, arms, legs and feet.
I also use moisturiser on my face every day.

I have to be careful with my skincare on my arm as I have lymphoedema, so first and foremost i wear a sleeve to prevent the swelling. This dries my skin so I need to moisturise daily.

My hands are awful as I wash my hands frequently as I am a nurse! I put hand cream on regularly which relieves them, I use whatever I can as several tubes on the go!!!

It wasn't until in my 50's that I developed eczema on the palm of my hands. I have bought a variety of over the counter creams/lotions but had to resort to a prescription cortisone cream recently. I would rather not use this too often but it seems to help.

I only get dry/flaky skin in the Summer on my elbows so I use moisturiser to combat it...

I tend to suffer from an itchy back, luckily I have an obliging niece with long fingernails....

I have combination skin, si parts can be very dry and other parts greasy

I have very dry flaky skin on one elbow, tried moisturisers but I think I need something specific to treat this area, it does get sore at times

I have an overactive thyroid and sometimes suffer with dry and itchy skin on the back of my lower legs, it is agony and I have to use Cetraben cream to soothe it, as well as wear loose clothing so as not to irritate it further.

It’s worth getting vitamin D levels checked as this can make your skin itchy at night

I need to use unpefumed products and have a moisturiser on prescription for my skin and face which is so lovely and rich and really helps my dry areas, especially my hands
