Why don't you try magic laces in lace up trainers or shoes?

here are some.

They are excellent for people with troublesome fingers and thumbs, and children with ASDs.

I have only bought trainers with Velcro for at least 30 years, simply because I am lazy and can not be bothered with laces.

I have never bought any specific make but just kept my eyes open when near anywhere that has even one shelf with shoes for sale. I buy them when I see them and always try to have a couple of spare pairs in a drawer. They are not common but they are around

There are lots on ebay, even some by Stella McCartney.

I'd have a look at the Skecher range. I'm sure they'd have something like that. And their shoes are so comfortable.

Another pair from Hotter? (Plus a spare?)

I walk my dog daily . Currently I wear an attractive pair of Hotter trainers. I can no longer manage lace ups or fiddly fastenings so these Velcro ones with excellent grippy soles ...to avoid sliding in the slime.... Are rarely off my feet. They will last a few months at best , already about 3 years old. Can anyone point me in the direction of a similar replacement?
