Rafa has a stomach strain on top of the foot. He can’t serve or move properly. His dad was gesturing as if to say “come off, leave it” but still he soldiers on. I don’t know how he can win but if he does he’ll have to get through Kyrgios (probably) then Djokovic (likely). I so want him to win.

Oh thank goodness Rafa got the second set. I'll take the dogs out before things get tense again.

I agree re Kyrgios, JenniferEccles but I just have to watch as his tennis is so good. He doesn't need to be so difficult and contrary just for the sake of it (red trainers and cap!!)

I might have to put my cat out in the garden during today's tennis Smileless before her nerves are as shredded as mine.

So delighted Norrie came through.
Kyrgios tomorrow. I do hate his tantrums but there’s no denying his matches make compelling viewing, almost despite our better instincts.

I will be lost next week when it’s all over.

Gosh! What a match! Well done Cam! I frightened the cat by squealing at the tv set. Absolutely brilliant tennis. My nerves are now completely shredded.

Think I will watch a bit of McDonald & Dodds to try and calm down before bedtime.
