I'm allowed to ask about ingredients, jings. You'd understand if as many things brought you out in a rash as they do me! And anyway, I'm sure ga doesn't mind. She's no grouch. wink

I've just looked on Amazon and they're selling a 300ml bottle of this shampoo for £34.99!

I love Molten Brown stuff ...yes it is expensive ...but sometimes the "you get what you pay for" does hold true.

Good news though ...they sell on QVC ...the shopping channel ( Am I allowed to put this? confused) yes the P &P has to go on ...but I've got some really good deals this way!

Think I'm going off to have a Molten Brown aromatherapy moment!smile

bagitha just popped into bathroom and had a look you get 300ml in shampoo and conditioner, but it lasts for ages,I only have a very small amount left and bought it in the middle of last year on line, but I must admit I do not use it on a regular basis but it does make a marked difference to the condition of my hair.Well worth buying as a special present.

Scrap Boots. It's only sold in their own shops. House of Fraser (store within the store) is my nearest stockist. smile

Right. That's my Mother's Day pressie to me sorted. sunshine Hope our Boots have got it in.

Bagitha! Perhaps we shouldn't make life too difficult for posters who kindly put product reviews up! shock

I'm glad you like this stuff. I'm always suspicious of companies that don't tell you "up front" what all their product ingredients are. Anyway, it contains perfume so I couldn't use it.

Also, what quantity do you get for £18? For years I used a shampoo that cost that much for 500ml.

More information, please, ga! smile

The most effective shampoo that I have ever used but the price stops me buying it on a regular basis,I would tend to use the shampoo once not wash rinse and wash again to make it go further,as we really do not have dirty hair do we girl's ? unless like me last week when a hanging basket tipped over my head when I was trying to take it down from the bracket outside.

This shampoo is fabulous, and so expensive - I look out for it being on offer, or my daughter will pick it up if she sees a good discount in the hair supllies wholesalers, but it's not often you can get more than 50p off.

I find all Molton Brown products to be a delight but expensive so like you they have to be special pressies - its very handy having 2 daughters and a sister who like it too so we all buy it for each other and then it doesn't feel like an extravagance silly really.

When my older daughter got married she booked sole use of a very lovely hotel for the weekend and invited close family to stay after the wedding. The products in the bathroom were all Molton Brown, which I'd never even heard of previously. I noticed straight away that the hair shampoo thickened my hair and obviously mentioned it - quite a lot it seems - because my daughter then bought me both the shampoo and conditioner as a mother's day gift. I use the conditioner very sparingly and only once a fortnight, but the shampoo I use every time I wash my hair. It is obscenely expensive (£18) so my family all take turns to buy it for me and I make it last as long as I can.

There are other shampoos by Molton Browm, but this one gives me the best results.
