What shampoo?

Hi oldgirl12 and welcome if you are new to GN,I have fine blonde hair but loads of it and it is waist length so takes a lot of care,I use John Frieda for Blonde Hair & Conditioner they do a formula to give extra body and I use that sometimes,you can also try a tinted mousse which you can buy in blonde shades if you find your colour fades quickly,and staying with the same shampoo does not always do you any favours as the hair gets used to one type of shampoo so that old saying "a change is as good as a rest" comes into force. best of luck.

I would support Glammanana. I have coloured hair and use John Frieda for brunettes. I wouldn't use anything else. His products are wonderful and reasonably priced.

Humbertbear There are offers on his products at the moment going around the different supermarkets,I think it may be Tesco next on the 3 for 2 offer I always get 2 shampoo's and 1 conditioner if I need to have a change I will use Charles Worthington which is also excellent.

Thank you ladies. A tinted mousse is interesting, I will look into that. I have used John Frieda in the past and is my go-to if I run out of my usual.
