I bought a tube of Cien Anti-Ageing Hand cream with Beeswax and Vitamin E from Lidl on Friday. Not sure yet how effective it's going to be long term, but a little goes a very long way (ended up having to give my lower legs a dose of it, as I couldn't seem to get rid of it on my hands!) and my hands did feel much improved after using it. It says on the tube "Nourishes Demanding & Mature Skin" and has an SPF of 10 (not particularly high, but possibly good enough?)
However, at the price (under £2, it was either £1.49 or £1.79, can't remember which and have lost the receipt 
for 125 ml feel it can't be bad!
I have been using the Lidl's Cien shower cream for dry skin for a while and found that pretty good, so just thought I'd share.
