Male. In Herefordshire. Or it might have been Gloucestershire.

It was very difficult getting down to the water. And getting back up again.

I left a little cross made out of a leaf as a token (to get what I wanted).

Was it a male or a female saint?

My excema itches. It's on my leg. Just a little patch now (since I splashed water from a holy well over it)

True

No Ana. It's gotta be high in polyuns, low in trans and low in saturates.

You have to think of these things.

If your elbows really are crusty, not just dry and flaky, it could be ezcema or psoriasis - I'd see a GP or pharmacist.

Thanks everyone will give it a go and report back in a few weeks.

Any old cooking oil, perhaps? grin

Oh. Thank you. I will try that, although I hate Olive oil with a vengeance.

Wonder if rapeseed would do?

Well we will have the BEST elbows on G/N WHEN.

Lavender is always nice and soothing I think !

I've got a jar full of that stuff, nonu. It's got lavendar in it, too. A gift from Norfolk. Works brilliantly and makes hands and feet nice and soft, too.

Obviously then rinse off.

I also do the back of my hands!

Pour a little olive oil into your palm. then add a little white sugar. Massage your elbows with this mixture.

Do this about twice a week and within 6 weeks you should see quite an improvement !

Yes, I'd like to know this. I've got one, but the other is fine!

Any tips for discoloured crusty elbows. The most popular tip seems to be lemon juice but that hasn't worked, neither has slavering in moisturiser. I know it might seem trivial but I hate them!! Someone please come to the rescue.
