I was reading some good reviews in the paper this week of Frownies that you stick on your face at night to improve the wrinkles.

I have quite deep lines between my eyes and wonder if I should try them.

Have you tried them ?

Go to the dentist instead!

NanKate Sun 31-Aug-14 17:17:07

Why the dentist Galen, or am I being thick ?

NAN, they are no good work for maybe 2/3 hours, then your wrinkles return.

Nankate, there is something on another thread about dentists doing botox.

Aka Sun 31-Aug-14 18:13:42

So if you go out wrinkle-free Nonu you have a deadline to get home before everything turns to rags and wrinkles, sort of like Cinderella? hmm

Do they return gradually or does your face just suddenly collapse?

Nonu Sun 31-Aug-14 18:45:43

I actually don"t use them , no need .

I am just quoting what I have read about them, but if NAN wants to give them a go so be it .I know it is a different thread but to me the only thing that really works is BOTOX or a face-lift.

Why worry about the lines? We all get them to a greater or lesser extent as we get older.

I fancied trying them myself but I think DP might start laughing if I wear them when I go to bed!

NanKate Mon 01-Sep-14 07:01:13

I don't worry about wrinkles FlicketyB just the two by my eyes make me look permanently worried.

Soutra Mon 01-Sep-14 09:23:01

That's OK * Nankate*I am permanently worried! grin

FlicketyB Mon 01-Sep-14 16:47:16

NanKate Has anybody else suggested you look permanently worried or is it just you? I have several deep creases between the eyes. I cannot see them unless I look in a mirror so I just forget they are there.

NanKate Mon 01-Sep-14 18:49:09

No FlicketyB it's just me who has noticed it. I don't have many wrinkles luckily.

FlicketyB Tue 02-Sep-14 11:27:34

If it is only you then there is nothing to worry about, just forget them.
