Do you put your moisturiser on first before the sun cream or the other way around or do you just use suncream.
I've been researching this point and have come up with conflicting views.
I always put moisturiser on first.
I've also found out I don't put enough suncream on either that's probably why I am getting these awful age spots.

You can buy moisturiser (and hand cream and body lotion) that incorporates sun block. It is widely available where I live where the sun is very fierce owing to a large hole in the ozone layer directly overhead, but I am pretty sure you can also buy it in the UK. I think so-called age spots are thought to result from exposure to the sun, so you may well be right.

As Absent has said there are lots of moisturisers with sunscreen incorporated. I use Olay moisturiser it has UV 15 in the Summer but in Winter I use one without. I'm not sure we can avoid sunspots completely whatever we do though.

I always use a moisturiser with a factor 60 in it. It's called Heliocare, I think it's Spanish, you can buy it online. It's a nice gel, type formula which feels really nice on the skin. You can get a slightly tinted one so you don't need foundation every day.

I just use moisteriser. I do not use any sun creams, except on the beach.

On the subject of moisturiser, I've been using some Elizabeth Arden Prevage cream that I had as a sample. I've been slapping it on in huge quantities but, finding it rather good I looked the price up and it's horrendously expensive. Wish I'd used it more sparingly now sad.

Wearing a wide-brimmed sun-hat obviates the need for sun cream on your face.

And vice versa!

I use a moisturiser with a 30 spf in it. The one I've had for the past two years is a Bodyshop one and I've never even had a red nose. And I do wear a hat - but not in the swimming pool. Well, not always.
