I saw an article about good hair conditioners, and I am thinking about trying one of them Philosophy Shear Splendor Extra Silky Daily Conditioner.

I've used a lot of things but the best thing I ever had done was a hairdresser at home warmed a small bottle of olive oil (like you used to buy in the chemist) put it all over my wet hair, wrapped it in a warm towel and left it for two hours then washed- worked like a charm for months. I use L'Oreal Elvive extraordinary Oil (£9) on my hair before blow drying and that keeps it nice - I have thick, dry curly hair so its a challenge.

Some of the hot oil treatments are good. It's usually a pipette thingy that you heat in a jug of hot water then apply. You could put a towel turban on and leave in.

I used quite a lot of heated hair appliances to do my hair and think that I need a quick (or over night) conditioning treatment as my hair appears quite dry.

To save me trawling through Boots or Superdrug do you have a recommendations please ?
