I use this

Or another one that is Australian with a purple top but I can't remember what it is called, or there is also a very good one by Avon in an orange container.

However, if you can bear it, and have dry hair, a little olive or almond or argan oil (even cooking oil) rubbed into your palms, then smoothed down over your hair just before you go out, works wonders. I have curly hair that I can control well all summer long simply by tying it back tightly and letting it dry that way, but as soon as it's winter, I am stuffed - or would be, if I didn't use one of the above remedies.

I can't help much, I just wish there was a magic solution! I just don't have "weather proof" hair!! In summer when I get hot it frizzes and the same when it is damp or humid!! I leave it curly now and pretend it's supposed to look like that grin

I don't post much but this non stop rain has driven me to ask for help. Please please can anyone recommend products that actually stop your hair going frizzy in damp weather (rather than just saying they do). My beautiful blow dry not looks like a bird's nest and that's WITH an umbrella
