I'm a purple person! shock
There's a few products on the market that wash out after c5 washes. I daren't recommend one on here in case I get banished for advertising BUT there's a good temporary colour that is only sold in Boots that comes in lots of funky shades and will wash out.

I agree with hulahoop go for it, after all, you're only young once......

Evening all.

I (well, Mr P actually) have home coloured my hair for the last couple of times as an economy measure. It looks ok, choosing a lightish red that goes with my skin tone.

Last time I was buying the colour, I spotted a purple one! I don't mean lilac rinse type thing, proper purple.(Although not sure what it might come out like, given the amount of grey I have)

I'm tempted to give it a go, just once, for the hell of it.

I have recently cleared out some clothes that I feel are no longer "right" at my age (57, hurtling towards 58 reluctantly, and with all the grace of a hippo on roller skates) and just feel tempted to a small act of rebellion!

Should I?
