I've had my teeth whitening kit for some time now. But now I've run out of the 'stuff' that you put in the gum shield. I know from my last thread on this that some people have used the kits.
Would you tell me what one you would recommend.

I use polazing 35% carbamide peroxide gel, brilliant stuff, and I buy online.

I tried one of those kits several years ago (it was a 'proper' one from the dentist) - but it made my teeth so sensitive I couldn't carry on with it. Anyone else had that?

I have used a whitening kit from the dentist it was quite good but cost £300.

Beware buying any sort of medication on line there is no guarantee that you are getting what you think you are.

I have stuck to visiting my dentist for teeth whitening. More expensive but much safer. Teeth are too important to take risks with.

I had the same experience GrandmaKT and it took all night. Horrible stuff and very expensive, then I found a kit at the supermarket for a fraction of the price, it takes just five minutes and works really well.

No problems at all with mine.

Any clues as to the name of the supermarket stuff, please Faye?

I had the kit from the dentist some years ago, costing about £200, and had the same experience as GrandmaKT and Faye. What is the name of the supermarket one please, Faye?
