Face peels to remove the acne scars

Does anyone know if any peels would remove vertical lip lines, mine are awful even though i stopped smoking 3 yearsago, they have got worse,
I had to have more injections to remove the stuff, so nervous about doing it again
I tried fillers, but the silly woman put something too thick in and they didnt improve, just made me look like Homer Simpson
